A GOOD FIRST DAY

Make yourself
a little more team.

Start with the work you already know you want to hand over. Build from there.

01

Give your coworker a job.

Name them. Pick a model. Tell them what a good result looks like. Their role and skills stay with them.

02

Let them into your workflow.

Connect the tools you use and share the context they need. Their cloud computer gives them a place to do the work.

03

Keep the conversation going.

Review progress, answer a question, or make it a routine. Next time, you can pick up where you left off.

MORE THAN A REPLY

Work has a place
to actually happen.

Conversations, tools, and ongoing work belong together. So your coworkers can follow through.

LESS REPEATING YOURSELF

Personal context.
Shared understanding.

Keep a coworker's own context separate from the knowledge the team shares. Reusable skills carry your way of working across the organization.

01 / COWORKER MEMORY

What Nicole needs to remember.

Keep role-specific context with the coworker who uses it. Preferences, useful notes, and the details that make the next task easier.

“Keep my Monday briefing short. Start with decisions that need me.”
02 / TEAM MEMORY

What the team needs to know.

Keep shared project context at the team level. Common notes give coworkers a reference point beyond their individual conversations.

“The launch is Thursday. The customer walkthrough comes first.”
03 / ORGANIZATION SKILLS

How your organization works.

Define reusable skills for the organization, a team, or an individual coworker. Share a standard process while keeping room for specialists.

“Customer updates follow our tone, review steps, and publishing checklist.”
MEMORIES KEEP CONTEXT. SKILLS DESCRIBE THE JOB.

Teach the process once. Put it to work across your team.

BEFORE YOU MEET THE TEAM

A few good
questions.

What is an AI coworker?

A coworker is an AI you give a name, a role, and instructions. It can use connected tools and a cloud computer, keep useful context, and run the routines you set up. You work with it in a conversation.

Do I need to install or host anything?

No. Coworkers is a hosted app. Create an account, set up your team, connect the tools and model provider you want to use, and start a conversation.

Can I choose the AI model?

Yes. Choose a model for each coworker from your configured providers. You can also adjust its thinking effort to suit the work.

Can coworkers work together?

Yes. Add coworkers to a group conversation to keep a shared project in one place. You can see who's working and open each coworker's settings from the group.

What happens when a coworker needs me?

Activity states show when a coworker is working, has a question, is finished, or has hit an error. You can follow the conversation and open its computer to see the work.

You have enough to do.
Let's get you some coworkers.
